How to Use This Guide:
- Read the verse and heavenly reality BEFORE opening any social media apps
- Speak the truth out loud to yourself: “I am chosen,” “I am loved,” etc.
- Throughout the day, return to this truth when earthly reality tries to define you
- End the day reflecting: How did living from this truth change my day?
Remember: Social media shows you everyone’s highlight reel, but God sees your true worth. Let His truth about you be the first voice you hear each morning, not the comparison trap of social media.

The Daily Choice
Every morning you wake up, you have a choice: Will you live from earthly reality (what you see, feel, and experience) or heavenly reality (what God says is true about you)?
Earthly reality changes based on circumstances, other people’s opinions, and your performance.
Heavenly reality is unchanging, unshakeable, and already yours in Christ.
The question isn’t which reality is more “real” – the question is which reality will you choose to live from today?
